Below is our Rustic White Oak flooring also in all 7″ planks. These wide planks certainly add to the beauty. Wide plank flooring is unique compared to the strip flooring you see in a lot of homes. This particular project used Minwax Driftwood stain in addition to a satin polyurethane finish. This particular finish was done on-site but we probably have similar finishing options but please check with us for options. Because white oak flooring takes stain so nicely it can be balanced against a lot of different décors.

Furthermore, the floor will also have both large and small knots and will have some vertical checks which give the floor a rustic character feel. It’s because of this character that your flooring will stand out.

This flooring is not reclaimed but is a great alternative if you would like some character in your flooring but are looking for something a little more budget friendly.

This flooring is available in narrow plank but also in widths up to 11″, as shown in the kitchen below which used random widths of 9″-11″. As a result you get this beautiful wide plank floor that transforms the space.

Hand Scraped Edges

These next few pictures show our Rustic Oak flooring with our unique hand scraped edges. Additionally, the flooring is finished with a Chocolate hardwax oil finish. This also would be an on-site finish.

This hand scraped option also adds a nice aged worn feel. As a result you would have a one of a kind floor. In contrast to other floors, this look gives it a very distinct feel.

This shows the Rustic Oak with a beautiful English Chestnut stain. The English chestnut stain is a popular choice because of the warm brown tones.
